Universal Robots UR3e and UR5e Series Cobot Arms
The Information and Computer Technology department is proud to introduce a revolutionary addition to our educational arsenal – the Universal Robots UR3e and UR5e series Cobot arms. These incredible robotic tools provide our Computer Science, Information Technology, and Computer System Technology students with a unique opportunity to dive headfirst into the exciting world of robotics, programming, and problem-solving.
Students are gaining hands-on experience in programming cobots to tackle real-life challenges. These Cobot arms transform classroom learning into practical, real-world applications, from pick-and-place operations to palletization and de-palletization tasks.
Watch the video to witness the incredible capabilities of the UR3e and UR5e Cobot arms in action. These versatile robots empower our students to explore the intersection of technology and innovation, making them well-prepared for the future of IT and computer systems.
